Kalopoly provides execution planning tools for prediction market trading. The Service analyzes orderbook data, generates capacity curves, and creates execution ladders to help traders plan their entries and exits.
The Service does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information and tools are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations, (b) manipulate markets, (c) engage in fraud, (d) scrape or harvest data beyond normal usage, or (e) interfere with the proper working of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
